Project Permissions

Project access is managed at the organization level. All members of your organization can access projects within that organization.

Organization-Level Permissions

Managing Team Access

To control who can access your projects:
  1. Click your avatar in the sidebar
  2. Select “Manage team”
  3. Invite or remove team members
  4. Assign appropriate roles

Team Roles

Different team members may have different permission levels within your organization. Check with your organization administrator for specific role capabilities.

Project Settings

Renaming a Project

To rename a project:
  1. Navigate to the project
  2. Look for project settings or edit options
  3. Update the project name
  4. Save changes

Deleting a Project

Deleting a project will remove all associated data, including project-specific documents and workflow results. This action cannot be undone.
To delete a project:
  1. Navigate to the project
  2. Access project settings or options menu
  3. Select “Delete Project”
  4. Confirm the deletion

Document Access

Documents within a project are accessible to all members of your organization. There is currently no per-document permission system.

Organization Documents

Available to all organization members across all projects.

Project Documents

Available to all organization members when viewing that specific project.

Best Practices

Organize by Organization - If you need strict separation of projects, consider creating separate organizations.
Team Collaboration - All organization members can collaborate on projects, making it easy to work together.
Regular Cleanup - Periodically archive or delete completed projects to keep your workspace organized.
